Delivery within a day from the date of order is available only within the city of Jeddah.
All orders are delivered through our store by delivery cars at an appropriate temperature to maintain product quality.
We do our best to make sure that the package you receive is as similar to the package you ordered as possible, sometimes it may vary slightly.
We promise to deliver your order within the given time period but in very rare cases the situation is out of our control it may not be fulfilled and you will be notified in advance.
Also, the failure to receive the order by the customer within the specified time of arrival, may affect the quality of the product.
In the event that the customer changes the place of receipt because he is not at the address specified on the site after the vehicle has moved, this may result in the imposition of additional fees for delivery in addition to the delivery fare indicated with the price of the product.
The product or package requested by the customer will not be delivered to any other person, unless this is recorded when ordering the product.
